The VSS signal from the PCM is missing. The VSS signal is getting to the PCM and the PCM is supplying the square wave signals at PCM pins#4 and #15 but not #3. The voltage level at pin #3 is 9 Volts unless I unplug the EVO/Passlock module, then it drops to 5 v... Login to read more.
