94 Geo Tracker still no start after head replacement

94 Geo Tracker, 1.6L 8v, TBI, 3 speed auto, 4x4.

Car comes in burning coolant. Pulled off the head, found a nice big crack. Got a boneyard head for the car. Installed. Timed the motor (150psi on all cyls), threw the distributor in, timed that, no start.
