I did head gaskets on 01-02 F-150 with a 5.4. I didnt pull the cab. Even replaced a 5.4 in a Super duty, didnt pull the cab. The arrogant know it all at the local Ford dealer said you cant do it. Glad I am not a know it all or I would have done a lot of extra ... Login to read more.
