If it's similar to some other GM BCMs, it's all done via a Tech1 or Tech2 under special functions (Set up new BCM, VIN entry, option codes, etc.) That year on the 'vette may only need a relearn procedure for the VATS/Passkey sytem. I used to work for Chevy but... Login to read more.
