That sender circuit is shared with the IC and the PCM, AFAIK.

Any DTCs? Can you look at fuel level with a scan tool to see what the PID shows? I think you gunna have to open the harness along the frame or at the tank to test the sender resistance. Put an ohm... Login to read more.
