97 Rav 4, 3SFE, p0401 low EGR flow. No TSBs, followed the alldata tree, system seems to work fine, hand vacuum pump will stall engine at idle, good vacuum supply, cleaned a very small amount of carbon from valve, tee in a vacuum gauge and test drive, all works... Login to read more.
