Ok, recon I have it screwed up then. The 2 wire cam sensor shares the same ground as the DPFE (I'm looking at a 2000 Taurus). It may be the 2 wires that the DPFE can screw with.

I've never had it happen... yet... so I haven't gotten to see why and which ones... Login to read more.
