Rusty YOU HIT THE NAIL ALL MOST ON THE HEAD thank you very much this car is fixed PROBLEM WAS SOME ONE BENT THE arm for the throttle to try and adjust idle speed i suppose so the ecu had the tps telling it the throttle was open and meantime it was not. Login to read more.
