The simple answer is that you are correct, the ICM 'supplies' the fuel control pulses. What I don't know is the exact circuitry--does the PCM supply a 5V reference thru a resistor and the ICM 'sinks' it, like a Chrysler pickup plate? This is where a scope beco... Login to read more.
