Yes, your Map sensor will effect timing. and vice versa, your timing will effect your vacuum. Check your maniford vacuum. If low, pump the vacuum with a hand pump at the Map sensor up to 20" and see if there is any result ([...], RPM, etc.) If no ... Login to read more.
