I had an 05 chrysler in about two weeks ago with the same symptoms. I disconnected the coolant lines from the oil cooler and bypassed it. I then started the vehicle and sure enough oil was flowing from the coolant inlet to the oil cooler. I didnt see how until... Login to read more.
