Yes Scott, I think your logic is backwards here. The P0128 (T-stat takes too long to reach temperature) will cause the PCM to default to "cooling fans commanded on" in order to protect the engine in case of faulty CTS. The PCM detected a coolant temperature lo... Login to read more. ![]()
