FWIW Scott, yes it's technically a valve bender. On the other hand, as a Mitsu tech thru the 90's, and working on that same 1.5, it was very rare to see one that did. It seems they would have to jump time at a rather high rpm to catch valves. Get off of TDC an... Login to read more.
