RUNNING RICH/NO START COLD
got this explorer from another shop. customer gave up on them. dead cold will not start. add enrichment via intake boot and it will start. it will start from then on without enrichment until it sits overnight again. has 33psi at idle and 39psi with fuel pressu... Login to read more.
