If the filter is covered in dirt or rust, or looks ancient, I spray the connectors with WD40, blow them out, and then use a angled plastic disconnect tool from Lisle for leverage. I haven't found one yet (knock on wood) that I haven't been able to get loose wi... Login to read more.
