This was a wierd one to hunt down. Turns out the EVAP purge valve was leaking (the invisible vacuum leak for lean run & backfire) and the MAF was indeed faulty although I have never seen one affect only the idle fuel trims. Fixed both the the car runs excellen... Login to read more.
