Re: Over heated: now no compression
As a former Mitsu tech thru the 90's, a few things pop in mind. You don't indicate if it's the SOHC or DOHC engine, but I've seen both versions jump cam timing when overheated. Very possible that one or more cams got tight enough during the overheat to seize, ... Login to read more. ![]()
