I hope AE works for you. I've got a no crank/no start 99 Cougar PATS now. It's got a reoccurring B1213 code - number of keys below minimum. My AE shows 4 programed keys. When I try to access the key reprogramming feature I get "Security Access Denied" I guess ... Login to read more.
