I would drive it on the dyno using 'free-form' at various speeds to see if EGR comes on at all. Check manifold vacuum to the solenoid, then check the outlet vacuum to EGR. If it has a backpressure transducer it does not need a lot of vacuum to open the valve, ... Login to read more. ![]()
