Wouldn't it evaluate the same factors as most mechanical EGRs?

Coolant temp sensor above X degrees, rpm's above idle, calculated load factor, WOT switch if it's got one or TPS reading above 80 or so percent... at least 30 seconds after startup.... Login to read more.
