02 Jeep Cherokee had bad replaced, now has SES light on

I have replaced the Blend door assembly in the HVAC Module on a Jeep 2002 Grand Cherokee Overland 4.7 (removing the dash to get to the part) and after replacing the dash the SES light is on with a P-0601 code PCM internal error st1.
