I had this just the other day on a Caravan.

PCM uses SCI data for scanner communication, but communicates to other modules via CCD bus. CCD bus is how all modules except PCM talk to the scanner. In my case, IP had shorted CCD bus to ground, lost all modules.... Login to read more.
