You look to see if there was a "desired idle speed" PID yet?

I'd go to [...] [[...]] as has been suggested with the VIN and see if there are any related TSBs or flashes. BTW, I think that's got a PCM and a Cummins engine controller that's mounted to the side... Login to read more.
