Maybe I'm unorthodox and be considered a hack for doing so, but on Gm vehicles out of warranty, I use the Mopar long life coolant or a equivalent quality G-05 [...] 7+ yrs doing so, never had a problem and no repeat intake gaskets to repair either. Login to read more.
