Ok Last Update and Fix:

The Selenoid that controls the Pressure to the Hydroulic Fan was No good, As Rusty suggested I took a Resistance Reading after I took it off the car. The Reading was around 20K Ohms, The NEW ONE red 10.1 ohms ...quite a Difference. ... Login to read more.
