WE HAVE AFLEet of these 4.2 v6 fords. we just remove upper and then 6 small holes are easy to clean. we remove the egr valve and blow thru from there also. Same problem on the 3.8 in other ford vehichles. Honda also has similar problem on some of their 4 cylin... Login to read more.
