Fuel pump.

Heres my take. At start, voltage is 12.6, fuel pump spins X rpm. Pressure at that pump RPM is marginal. Cold it wont start because theres not enough volume for cold enrichment. Douche it with carb cleaner and it starts, alt kicks voltage up and pu... Login to read more.
