I have a 99 jetta that dies when the a/c is turned on. It has had the coil replaced along w/ plugs, wires, dist cap and rotor. It runs great as long as the a/c is off. The battery was weak so I hooked the charger up to it and it would idle w/ the a/c on then. ... Login to read more.
