1997 T-bird intermittent No-start

Hey guys,

I have a 1997 Ford T-bird 4.6 liter with an intermittent crank-no-start that I could use a little help on. When the no-start condition is present, the scan tool will display either no cranking rpm or an erratic cranking RPM.
