CHeck your at-rest DPFE voltage on the scan tool, should be about 1 volt (plus or minus 0.2v is ok also). Then, open the EGR fully up at 2K to 3K rpms... should be able to get over 4 volts out of the DPFE if the ports are clear. Login to read more.
