Cool thing about GM ign modules, they will always produce spark at 0 deg with power, ground and a crank signal no matter what rpm. If you unplug the 4 wire conenctor that goes to the ecm and you have spark then it's in the ecm or wiring to it. If it doesn't it... Login to read more.
