Chryslers have a nasty habit of one of the 8 volt sensors shorting out and pulling reference to allmost 0 volts. Snip the wire (8 V Ref) out of the computer and see if U have the 8 volts. I have replaced shorted speedo sensors cam and crank sensors. See what e... Login to read more.
