Hi Ben: Hook up scan tool and check IAC steps. Cold it should show 50 plus steps at start up and then decrease. Hot idle is 6 to 12 steps. Sounds like a bad iac. Once the start up fuel burns off it decreases idle below the point the fuel strategy is set at. Th... Login to read more.
