1st Issue:

97 Cherokee with a rear light problem. 12 volts to the assembly and 3 volts at the light sockets. There is a IC board of some kind on the back of the light assemblies. Wondering if they are both bad or if this vehicle uses low voltage lights or so... Login to read more.
