Gerry a shorted DPFE will most definitely cause a no start but not at 1.2V. The latest one I did was an Explorer, the DPFE voltage was fixed at .12V when it would not start, it also had the VREF pulled down some but I don't remember to what value. Either tappi... Login to read more. ![]()
