My own 2000 Astro Van has similar (actually about 2psi lower with new delco pump) pressures to yours and no such issues, starts fast, no hesitations, trims +/-3%. I think if it were my own truck, Id be reviewing trims and sensor feedback before I started RETES... Login to read more.
