I disconnected the return to tank & jumpered the relay- NO flow from regulator!! Pump draws 5.6 amps with pressure at 65 psi- drawing off bleed valve on gauge at shrader valve gives less than 4 oz. at full flow no pressure! Will check pump waveform next!! Than... Login to read more.
