I had one which had a partially plugged exhaust which wouldn't let it run past 3500rpm. I hooked the gauge up to the exhaust and it would go way past 2-3psi when I revved it. It waseven higher than normal during idle. Have you checked to see what the plugs loo... Login to read more.
