This whole discussion sucks.

Since you are looking at an engine as a vacuum pump, which they all realy are anyways. Low engine vacuum at the lower rpms with a throttle closed can be caused by anything that will reduce the "pump" efficiency. Such as, incorrec... Login to read more.
