2004 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L ;

Dealer said that once a new replacement EGR solenoid is put in it needs to be programed on-vehicle. Is this true? It does not make much sense to me and I cannot find this information in any of my manuals... any ideas? Thanks. Login to read more.
