your vacuum is low. also why would the o2 stick at 63 mv and you have negitive fuel trims? the pcm should be trying to add fuel. let say the o2 is bad and stuck low. this would cause the pcm to flood the motor which can cause the weakest cyl to misfire and may... Login to read more.
