Seen it and done it. Once on a 3.4, yesterday on a 3.2 Isuzu for anyone that missed my post on that ignorant setup. The cylinders won't "fire backwards" but you now have them firing in pairs and the overall balance it now off. Off idle it might run fine. I've ... Login to read more.
