Most noticable at idle. Trims very negative.

Sound to me like exhaust dilution in those holes. Unlikely to be the trouble but make sure the EGR valve isn't leaking. Then do a running compression on thoese 2 holes @ idle and compare it with a good hole. I'll ... Login to read more.
