If its a 6 cylinder, I'd say you're on the right track. I'd see if all 3 solenoids have similar resistance/current draw. Then I'd ground #3 (red) at the PCM with the valve powered and do a harness wiggle while monitoring the circuit. Maybe there's a bad wire/c... Login to read more.
