As has been pointed out, you have a fuel supply problem but I doubt that its the major malfunction. Check MAP at 2000 or so with no load. The voltage should be lower that it is at no-load idle. If it's higher, it indicates an exhaust restriction (melted cat?) ... Login to read more.
