Run the thing off the ground and reach into the adjuster hole with a screwdriver and pry the adjuster fore or aft to apply that brake. You'll 'feel' the pulsation on the affected wheel as the screwdriver and adjuster surges as the drum rotates. Then go looking... Login to read more.
