a bolt in the stat?

a customer stated that someone installed a bolt in the stat and he wanted it fixed! ok, maybe some idiot put a bolt in the thermostat to hold it open perhaps? nope, pulled thermostat housing off and they had installed a bolt with a 12 mm ... Login to read more.
