You might try relearning the fuel trims then recheck 4 gas, or disconect the O2 sensor for open loop and ckeck fuel trims. Didn't you say this vette was from the 80's. Would it have only 1 O2 sensor. The problem with 1 o2 sensor on a V8 engine is O2 placement.... Login to read more.
