If the fuel regulator was leaking then wouldn"t the fuel trims be real negative. I think this vehicle has a MAF and a MAP sensor. I think if you had a restricted exhaust you would have low vacuum and you would see that on the map sensor. Low vacuum means high ... Login to read more.
