I'd have to agree with Thomas Showers' reccomendation for belt / tensioner installation. If for what ever reason there is some slack in the belt, it'll jump 2-5 teeth. We have let the hydraulic tensioner take up the slack and then use a pry bar CAREFU... Login to read more.
